• Please check the part number printed on the old printer head/s you need to replace and if it's different get in touch by e-mail providing us with the model & serial number of your printer & we'll advise which print head/s you need. This printhead is meant for use in Western Europe but there are several other versions of this print head around the world so be careful.
• A photo example is shown of where to look for the part number, it isn't the same as yours so don't worry!
• QY6-8038-000 QY6-8038-010 QY6-8038-020 QY6-8038-030 QY6-8038-040 are all valid part numbers.
